Franklin City Park, at NE 10 (16th Avenue) and P Street in Franklin, occupies the old Franklin Academy campus. It has the swimming pool, tennis, basketball and sand-volleyball courts, picnic shelters, grills, a playground and restrooms, with the public library, the Franklin Academy marker and the Franklin County Veterans Memorial. Leashed pets are allowed.
