The Anna C. Diller Opera House, 421 Commercial St. in Diller, was built in 1912–13 and named for Anna C. Diller, daughter-in-law of the town's namesake, Samuel Diller. The second-floor auditorium has a raked floor, a balcony and an orchestra pit, with stenciled and freehand decoration by Danish immigrant painters Charles Hansen and James Willer. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. The Diller Opera House Society owns the building, holds a shrimp feed every February and rents the hall for receptions.
