Via Farina in Omaha's Little Italy, next to the Blue Barn Theatre, was created around 2016 by James Beard-nominated chef Paul Kulik of Le Bouillon with Maven Social Group. It serves neo-Neapolitan sourdough pizza from a custom wood-fired oven, handmade pasta made in a glassed-in pasta lab and charcuterie, and has added a second, larger location.
