Description
Piezon's Pizzeria in west Omaha near Skutt Catholic High School is owned by former Nebraska Cornhusker football player Matt Vrzal. It started as a small carry-out shop and moved a few doors down to a larger dine-in space, serving New York-style thin-crust pizza with dough, cheese, meats and sauce made in house, along with calzones and subs, with many pizzas named after friends and former teammates.
