Mama’s Pizza

Mama's Pizza opened its Midtown shop at 715 N Saddle Creek Rd in 1976, two years after the brand began in Council Bluffs. Jack and Rose Harwood bought the business in 1980, and Omaha Exploration reports it became employee-owned in 2025. Sauces and Italian sausage are made in house and the meat is ground on site, and the crust and onion rings are what regulars come back for. Mama's Pizza has four Omaha-area locations run by the same company: Midtown on Saddle Creek Road, West Omaha on Pacific Street, La Vista, and Tiburon. Call (402) 553-9270.
