Lyle’s Pizzeria

Lyle's Pizzeria at 5213 Leavenworth St. opened in April 2023, run by co-owners Jeanette George, the executive chef, and Philip Schaffart. It occupies a 1930s building that began as a post office and later housed a dry cleaner, and is named for the Schaffart family's Cavalier King Charles spaniel. It serves 12-inch pizzas on hand-shaped sourdough crust, seasonal small plates, vegan and gluten-free options and a list of biodynamic and organic wines.
