Hub Cafe, at the corner of 21st and Q streets (250 N. 21st St.) in Lincoln, is a farm-to-fork cafe serving freshly prepared, locally sourced breakfast, brunch and lunch. Co-owners Crystal Bock Thiessen and Jake Thiessen marked the cafe's 10th anniversary in January 2026.
Breakfast, brunch and lunch are served Tuesday through Sunday 7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and Tuesday through Saturday evenings 5–9 p.m. it serves pizza and small bites from a monthly rotating menu. Dine in, sit outside or take out. Call (402) 474-2453.
