Clearwater’s Big Rodeo

Clearwater’s Big Rodeo runs at the Gene Snodgrass Arena on Highway 275 in Clearwater on the last full weekend in June, Friday through Sunday, and has done for more than fifty years; the 2025 edition was the 59th. It is sanctioned by the Mid-States Rodeo Association rather than the PRCA, and in 2025 the MSRA named it Large Purse Rodeo of the Year. The weekend carries mutton busting, a Friday night dance, a Saturday night concert and a rodeo queen contest that recognizes past queens, with camping on site.
