The Hair Port

The Hair Port is the salon at Saint Helena, a village of fewer than a hundred people in northern Cedar County, tucked below the bluffs near the Missouri River north of Hartington. A salon in a place this small serves a scattered rural clientele with cuts and trims, color, perms and sets, and occasion styling, and draws from Hartington, Bow Valley, Crofton and the river country.
