Lake Ogallala State Recreation Area is a small, 320-acre reservoir immediately below Kingsley Dam near Ogallala, in Keith County, Nebraska. It is a no-wake, spring-fed lake known for trout fishing, kayaking, and winter bald eagle viewing, distinct from the much larger neighboring Lake McConaughy State Recreation Area.
