Brainard IOOF Cemetery stands at the corner of County Road 30 and County Road U, east of Brainard in Butler County, Nebraska.

141 burials are recorded here. It was laid out in 1884 as the burial ground of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows lodge, and is also recorded as the Old English Cemetery and as Old Brainard Cemetery. It is the easternmost of three grounds standing together along County Road 30. There is a south gate on County Road 30 and a ground-level east gate on County Road U, with off-road parking and a directory station.
