Barnard Park — Fremont

Barnard Park at Fremont was the town's first municipal cemetery. In the 1880s the burials were moved to what is now Ridge Cemetery, but a good many were never lifted and are believed to lie under the park still.

It is a public park today, not a working cemetery, and is listed here because of what is under it.
