Saunders County Rural Cemetery — Ceresco

Saunders County Rural Cemetery lies about two miles north and one mile west of Ceresco, off Highway 77, east of an abandoned schoolhouse, in Richland Township. There are no visible markers — only depressions in the ground where burials were lifted. At least one Black burial is recorded here, and the ground is connected with the Andrus and Pelton families, who settled this part of the county in the 1800s.
