Jimtown Cemetery — Brownlee

Jimtown Cemetery lies in the far south of Cherry County, six miles north of Seneca, in Section 22 of Township 25, Range 30. Of Jimtown itself the county's transcribers wrote that it is doubtful the place is listed on any map, though many memories are attached to it.

Around 7 memorials have been recorded, which is a record of what has been photographed and indexed rather than a count of everyone buried there.

For burial records or plot inquiries, contact the Cherry County Clerk in Valentine. Ownership can also be confirmed through the Nebraska Statewide Cemetery Registry at the State Historical Society.
