Snake Creek Cemetery

Snake Creek Cemetery lies in the south-west of Box Butte County. The county index gives it as Snake Creek Ranch Cemetery. It is listed under Letan, the nearest place in the county, about eighteen miles to the east.

Only ten memorials have been indexed, which is a record of what has been photographed rather than a count of everyone buried there.

For burial records or plot inquiries, contact the Box Butte County Clerk in Alliance. Ownership can also be confirmed through the Nebraska Statewide Cemetery Registry at the State Historical Society.
