Miller Cemetery — Tryon

Miller Cemetery serves Tryon, the McPherson County seat, in the Sandhills south of Highway 2.

It is by a wide margin the largest burial ground in the county — McPherson has around four hundred people across eight hundred square miles, and one ZIP code for the whole of it.

Around 869 memorials have been recorded, which is a record of what has been photographed and indexed rather than a count of everyone buried there.

For burial records or plot inquiries, contact the Village of Tryon, or the McPherson County Clerk in Tryon. Ownership can also be confirmed through the Nebraska Statewide Cemetery Registry at the State Historical Society.
