Shamrock Meat Processing – Snyder

Shamrock Meat Processing is a meat locker and custom processing plant at 102 W. 3rd Street in Snyder, in Dodge County. It does custom cutting and wrapping, slaughters livestock on site, and cures and smokes meat. The plant is USDA inspected. Custom work is done on the customer’s own animal: the buyer arranges the purchase with a farmer, and the locker handles the killing, cutting, curing and wrapping to order.
