Village of Winnebago Emergency Management

Emergency management for the Village of Winnebago in Thurston County. The village office does not publish a street address; mail can be sent to PO Box 689, Winnebago NE 68071. This is separate from the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska emergency management office. Emergency management plans for and coordinates the response to floods, tornadoes, blizzards, hazardous material spills and other emergencies, works with fire, law enforcement and rescue services, issues warnings, and handles damage assessment and recovery afterwards. It works alongside the county emergency management office rather than replacing it.
