Cass County RWD 2

Cass County RWD 2 is a rural water district, run from Elmwood in Cass County. It supplies about 1,860 people through 800 service connections. Rural water districts do for water what the public power districts do for electricity: they pipe it to the farms, acreages and small settlements that sit outside any town’s own system.
