Howard Greeley Rural Public Power District is one of Nebraska’s rural public power districts, run from 422 Howard Avenue in St. Paul in Howard County. It supplies farms, acreages and small communities outside the town-owned systems. Nebraska is the only state where every electricity customer is served by a publicly owned utility, so there are no investor-owned power companies here.
