Dawson Public Power District is one of Nebraska’s rural public power districts, run from 75191 Rd #433 in Lexington in Dawson County. It supplies farms, acreages and small communities outside the town-owned systems. Nebraska is the only state where every electricity customer is served by a publicly owned utility, so there are no investor-owned power companies here.
