As the name says, this one is in downtown Hastings rather than out on the edge of town, which makes it the closest option for anyone living or trading in the historic core. It is run by Davalwat Properties, a family firm that also operates storage in Oklahoma, Indiana and Delaware. Being walkable from the downtown blocks is the distinguishing feature here, since most storage sits beside a highway.
