Central Nebraska Storage claims to be the only climate-controlled storage facility in Columbus, with 160 climate-controlled units inside the building in sizes from 5 by 10 up to 10 by 30. The company states the units are heated or cooled to control dust and humidity and to keep air circulating, rather than simply held above freezing. A smaller number of traditional outdoor units are available alongside, with door widths of four, five and eight feet. Entry is by keypad and cameras record the site.
