An independently owned storage facility on South 36th Street in Bellevue, named for the intersection it stands near. It is a member of the Nebraska Self Storage Owners Association, the trade body for the state's independent operators, which distinguishes it from the national chains that dominate the Sarpy County market. The location suits south Bellevue and the neighborhoods around Offutt Air Force Base.
