Christensen Insurance – Central City

The Central City office of Christensen Insurance, an independent agency established in 1986 with its main office in St. Paul and a third in Burwell. It works with more than eighteen carriers on home, auto, commercial, farm and livestock, and life and health business. Central City was founded in 1866 as Lone Tree, after the solitary cottonwood that guided Mormon and Oregon Trail travellers; the Lone Tree Monument marks the spot today.
