The Sutton office of Cornerstone Insurance Group, an independent agency that grew here by acquiring Eagle Pointe Insurance. Sutton is a Clay County town of about 1,450 and the home town of Walter Wellman, the newspaperman who mounted early airship attempts on the North Pole and the Atlantic crossing.
