Stella’s Bar & Grill

A tavern in Bellevue’s Olde Towne that has been making hand-formed hamburgers at the same address since 1936 — ninety years in one room, which puts it among the oldest continuously operating eating places in the Omaha area. The burger is the whole point and it is worth ordering as the house makes it. Bellevue is the oldest town in Nebraska, and Olde Towne is its original core; Offutt Air Force Base and the Fontenelle Forest are both close by.
