The Washington County Driver License Office is run by the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles at Courthouse, 1555 Colfax, Blair. It is open every Monday, 8:30 - 4:30. Drive tests are not given after 3:20 PM. CDL skills tests are not given here. Business handled here includes new, renewal and replacement driver's licenses, state ID cards, learner's permits, school and farm permits, and written knowledge and drive tests. Vehicle titles and registration are a separate matter, handled by the Washington County Treasurer at 1555 Colfax Street, PO Box 348, telephone 402-426-6888 - not at this office.
