It is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 (Mountain Time). Drive tests are not given between 11:45 AM and 1:00 PM, or after 4:00 PM. CDL skills tests are given at this office by appointment; ring 402-471-7983 to arrange one. Business handled here includes new, renewal and replacement driver's licenses, state ID cards, learner's permits, school and farm permits, and written knowledge and drive tests. Vehicle titles and registration are a separate matter, handled by the Scotts Bluff County Treasurer at 1825 10 th Street, telephone 308-436-6616 - not at this office.
