Dundy County Driver License Office

The Dundy County Driver License Office is run by the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles at Courthouse, 112 7th Avenue W, Benkelman. It is open on selected Wednesdays only, 9:15 - 4:00 (Mountain Time) - the DMV publishes the dates for each year, so check the current list before setting out. Drive tests are not given after 3:30 PM. CDL skills tests are not given here. Business handled here includes new, renewal and replacement driver's licenses, state ID cards, learner's permits, school and farm permits, and written knowledge and drive tests. Vehicle titles and registration are a separate matter, handled by the Dundy County Treasurer at 112 7 th Avenue West, PO Box 425, telephone 308-423-2346 - not at this office.
