Burt County Driver License Office

The Burt County Driver License Office is run by the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles at Courthouse, 111 N 13th St, Tekamah. It is open every Tuesday, 9:45 - 4:00. Drive tests are not given after 3:20 PM. CDL skills tests are not given here. Business handled here includes new, renewal and replacement driver's licenses, state ID cards, learner's permits, school and farm permits, and written knowledge and drive tests. Vehicle titles and registration are a separate matter, handled by the Burt County Treasurer at 111 North 13th Street, PO Box 87, telephone 402-374-2911 - not at this office.
