A restaurant and lounge on Highway 20 at Valentine, on the west approach into town, and a long-standing stop for people crossing the top of the state. Breakfast has a particular reputation here, which matters on this road — there is a great deal of empty country either side of Valentine and few places open early. Valentine is the Cherry County seat, the western end of the Cowboy Trail, and the base for the Niobrara National Scenic River, Smith Falls and Fort Niobrara.
