Magnolia Hotel Omaha at 1615 Howard St. occupies the Aquila Court Building, completed in 1923-24 to designs by Chicago architects Holabird & Roche and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. Built for shops, studio apartments and offices, it became a hotel in 1996 and the Magnolia in 2006.
