Bolte Construction

Bolte Construction was founded in Omaha in 2003 by Bill Bolte, who met his eventual successor Geoff Amstutz through Habitat for Humanity work; Amstutz took over ownership in 2026. The company is locally owned and family-operated, and specializes in custom kitchen and bathroom design and construction, lower-level and basement finishing, home additions, exterior work and some commercial projects. It works throughout Omaha and the surrounding communities.
