Oshkosh Superette

The Oshkosh Superette is the grocery store at Oshkosh, the seat of Garden County, on Highway 26 in the North Platte valley below the west end of Lake McConaughy. It is the full food shop for a county of about 1,700 people spread over a large area, carrying produce, meat, dairy, frozen and pantry goods for the town, the ranches to the north and the lake traffic in summer.
