Lorton Lounge & Keno

A bar, kitchen and keno parlour in Lorton, on the road between Syracuse and Nebraska City. Arthur and Shilah Martin opened it in 2010 and run it on the principle that regulars are family. There is a different dinner special every night — Mexican on alternate Mondays, chicken fried on Wednesday, pan-fried chicken Thursday, a Friday fish fry, steaks and prime rib on Saturday and wings on Sunday — plus weekday lunch specials, happy hour daily from four to seven and all day Sunday. The kitchen closes at nine even when the bar runs later.
