Gosper County Public Transportation

Elwood is the seat of Gosper County, among the least populated in Nebraska, and its public transport arrives through the RYDE network rather than from the county's own resources. The practical significance is easy to miss: somewhere this small could not sustain a bus by itself, but as one member of a seven-county operation it gets one anyway. Trips are requested by phone and fitted into the schedule by a dispatcher. The network also runs a weekly Tuesday service through to Eustis, just over the county line.
