Franklin County Public Transportation

Franklin County sits against the Kansas border in south-central Nebraska and is one of seven counties covered by RYDE, the network run by Community Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska. Fares are set county by county rather than uniformly across the whole operation, so what a journey costs here is not what the same distance costs in Buffalo or Adams.
