Hamilton County Fairgrounds is the county fairground for Hamilton County, at 310 A St in Aurora. It is generally known locally as Hamilton County Ag Society Fairgrounds. Like most Nebraska fairgrounds it is owned by the county agricultural society and is in use well beyond fair week — rodeos, horse shows, tractor pulls, sales and community events. The 4-H side of the county fair is run by Nebraska Extension in Hamilton County, which handles entries, livestock identification and the certification a young person needs before showing an animal.
