The Franklin County Fair is held at Franklin, the county seat, and it keeps to the second week of July with unusual consistency, running in that same window every year on record. Beyond dates and location the fair publishes little online, and no official website or fair board telephone number could be confirmed, so the Extension office is the best first call for a schedule.
