Dawson County Fair

The Dawson County Fair is held at 1000 Plum Creek Parkway in Lexington in mid-July, usually Wednesday through Sunday. The grounds are shared with two permanent attractions, the Stenberg Arboretum and the Dawson County Raceway, and work year round as a campground and events venue. The fair promotes live music, rodeo action over two nights, a free barbecue and open class competition with a premium book. Phone 308-324-3600.
