A craft brewery and taproom on O Street in Gering, working a theme of famous escapes and outlaws right through the beer list — a DB Cooper IPA, a Ripper’s dunkel, a Villisca Vienna lager, a Licavoli gose, a Keyser saison. Beers rotate and guest ciders are poured alongside. The food is built to go with the beer rather than to compete with it: smoked sausages, soft German pretzels with beer cheese, gourmet hot dogs.
