A tavern on West 18th Street in Scottsbluff, in the older downtown grid rather than out on the highway. Scottsbluff is the largest city in the Nebraska Panhandle and the commercial center for a region that reaches into Wyoming, and this is a plain town bar in the middle of it. Scotts Bluff National Monument is ten minutes across the river at Gering.
