Whiskey Creek Wood Fire Grill

A wood fire grill on South 13th Street in Norfolk, part of the regional Whiskey Creek group — steaks, ribs and grill food cooked over wood rather than gas, which is the point of the name. It sits on Norfolk’s main retail corridor alongside the chain restaurants but does something different from them. Norfolk is the largest city in northeast Nebraska and the eastern trailhead of the Cowboy Trail.
