Big Hair Brewhaus opened in June 2021 in Hartington, bringing craft brewing to Cedar County. Located in the historic Surge building at 306 N Broadway Ave, the taproom features a bright airy space with multiple seating areas and an outdoor patio. Handcrafted beers include sours, IPAs, and rotating seasonal releases. Food options include pizza, giant soft pretzels, and complimentary popcorn. Private event space available. A destination brewery and community gathering spot in northeast Nebraska.
