The Franklin County Museum preserves local heritage across several buildings, including displays on the area's early history, a recreated historic village known as "Ol' Towne," and the Lone Star School. Admission is by free-will donation.

Open May 1 through September 30, Saturdays and Sundays, 1-4 PM. Closed during winter months but available by appointment year-round.
