Museum of the Fur Trade

The Museum of the Fur Trade houses over 6,000 artifacts illustrating daily life in early America for fur traders and Native Americans, on the site of the historic Bordeaux Trading Post.

The museum is located at 6321 Highway 20, Chadron, NE 69337, about 3 miles east of Chadron.

Hours: May 1 - October 31, daily 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. November 1 - April 30, by appointment only.
