Perkins County Emergency Management

Perkins County Emergency Management is the emergency management agency for Perkins County, at 200 Lincoln Ave in Grant. Mail can be sent to PO Box 668, Grant NE 69140. County emergency management plans for and coordinates the response to floods, tornadoes, blizzards, wildfires, hazardous material spills and other emergencies. The office runs the local emergency operations center, issues public warnings, works with fire departments, law enforcement and rescue squads, keeps the county emergency operations plan current, and handles damage assessment and disaster assistance after an event.
