Upland Area Cameras
Upland is a village in Franklin County in south central Nebraska. It was incorporated in 1894, and its name is attributed to the elevation of the ground it stands on. The 2020 census counted 125 residents, down from 143 in 2010 and 179 in 2000, on a village site of about four tenths of a square mile.
